Returns & Exchanges

Customers are eligible to request a return for products within 5 days of the delivery date.   (We will not be able to accept returns requested beyond this period.)

Please note: If the customer wishes to have the order re-shipped after refusing delivery, additional shipping charges will be applicable, as applicable at the time of re-shipping.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, store credits will be processed within 2 business days.

A nominal fee of 100 rupees will be deducted from the refund amount as processing charges. The remaining amount will be issued as a store credit, which has no expiry date. Please note that certain items such as wall frames, fillers, giftwraps, posters and card games cannot be returned due to the risk of damage during transit. We encourage customers to review product details and specifications before making a purchase decision.

We kindly request you to take unboxing videos in rare case of receiving a damaged product, one with a manufacturing defect, a wrong product or missing items and notify us within 48 hours with relevant pictures.

We request you to check the pictures & read the description thoroughly before making a purchase. Feel free to ping us for raw images of any product if needed as well. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we strive to bring joy and inspiration into your homes through our boho creations.
